The Channel and Profile Roll Winding Machine combines Channel coiling, Roll winding, and Pulse chain coiling systems into a single machine. With the Channel system, hollow rings, earrings, rings, and chain products can be produced. Additionally, the roll winding system enables the production of open-ended bracelets, earrings, rings, and similar items. Thanks to its interchangeable coiling head, the machine allows easy switching between the pulsed system and the standard Channel coiling system. The adjustable rotation speed facilitates precise work at low speeds and high-speed mass production. The three meter modular straight drawing bench with grippers can be disassembled when not in use, saving space. Depending on the dimensions and designs of the drawing die, mandrel, and the rolls used, production can be achieved with base thicknesses ranging from 0.10mm to 0.50mm and widths between 4mm and 45mm.
