The Standard Channel Coiling Machine enables the production of channel tube jewelry products such as bracelets, earrings, rings, and chains. Its adjustable rotation speed facilitates precise craftsmanship at low speeds and high-speed mass production. The three-meter modular straight drawing bench with grippers can be disassembled when not in use to save space. Thanks to its interchangeable coiling head, the machine allows seamless switching between the pulse chain coiling system and the standard channel coiling system. With drawing dies and mandrels of varying sizes and designs, it can rapidly manufacture customized products. Depending on the dimensions and designs of the rollers and spindles used, production can be achieved with base thicknesses ranging from 0.10mm to 0.40mm and widths between 0.8mm and 20mm.
